Something To Look Forward To Post Covid-19

In this unusual time of quarantine, we have never had so much time on our hands to do the things we don’t normally have enough time to do. A great use of all this free time is to do more dreaming, researching and planning your next trip to celebrate and reward yourself with when normal life resumes and we can satisfy our wanderlust itchy feet once again.

Our Fitness Bootcamp in Thailand would be the ideal treat for any fitness junky who lives (and loves) to travel and workout. Located on the dreamy tropical island of Phuket, our camp will whip you into shape and help you to regain your fitness levels whilst making new friends. Packed full of high adrenaline fitness sessions from assault courses to cross-training, beach workouts to boxercise, Olympic weightlifting to spinning, we like to cater to everyone and also have yoga and stretch & mobility sessions. In your free time, if you don’t want to make use of our state of the art three-story gym, you can relax in the pool, treat yourself to a pampering massage, feel the sand between your toes on one of the stunning beaches nearby, dine out with delicious local food, and discover the island and it’s culture.

If you’d rather a holiday in Europe, we also have a fabulous Bootcamp on the Spanish island of Mallorca. More of an outdoor fitness holiday, our camp is located in a stunning bay in the north of the island a few steps from the beach.

Start your day doing yoga on our rooftop terrace doing sun salutations looking across the beautiful Bay of Pollença with incredible views as the sun rises. After a hearty breakfast, you can burn it off with our HIIT sessions, beach workouts, a spot of stand up paddle, and some volleyball. If you want to you can have some extra kite surf lessons go jogging or for a bike ride. Evenings can be spent with your new friends eating out in some of the many highly rated restaurants before you get some R&R for the next day.

We like to mix things up, and there are lots of great excursions you can also do, kayaking, hiking, cycling, boat rides, sailing, visits to stunning nearby beaches plus more. Mallorca is an outdoor paradise.
