Daydreaming About Holidays After Covid-19

Now more than ever we appreciate the time we’ve had to travel and explore. If you’re like us, you’re already daydreaming about when you travel next once travel restrictions are over. It’s nice to have something to look forward to getting us through these difficult times.

If stunning beaches getting off the beaten track is your thing then our Bootcamp in Sri Lanka would be ideal for you. On this camp, you’ll get off the beaten path, totally unwind and boost your fitness at the same time. We have our private resort that fronts onto the lagoon and the morning commute to the gym is over the golden sands. You don’t need to worry about cooking dinner as all meals are included. You’ll have group training in the morning and late afternoons and most people train between three to four times a day depending on their energy levels. The biggest decision to make is whether you go out on the Stand-Up Paddle Boards in the afternoon or catch a nap in a hammock.

During your extra time in Sri Lanka, we have activities like kayaking through the mangroves, boat trips with dolphins, a visit to the oyster farm or even learning a new sport like kite surfing or scuba diving. If you’re keen on a fitness holiday that includes more opportunities to experience cultural and tourist activities, our Bootcamp in Bali is ideal for you. In Bali, you’ll stay in our exclusive resort which has a brilliant swimming pool for you to chill out by in your spare time. In Bali, we’ve also timed our group workouts for the morning and later afternoon so you have downtime during the midday heat. It’s around a 10min taxi to the beach which costs around €3.  We organise a beach trip each week as well as a trip to visit the waterfalls or temples. During the weekends you’ll have time free to add on extra activities like a sunrise hike on Mount Batur, a trip to the Gili Islands, visiting the rice terraces and shopping until your trip at the local markets.

Both locations are an ideal way to give yourself a well deserved physical and mental boost. Once everything calms down again we’d love to see you for a fitness holiday. In the meantime follow our Instagram posts and highlights to wish yourself away to sunny tropical skies.
