Spain Bootcamp Accommodation Options

Accommodation at the Spain Fitness Bootcamp in Mallorca

The standard accommodation at the Spain Fitness Bootcamp is shared. Located in a stunning national park right by the sea. Surrounded by a lush garden with lovely places to hang out.

The newly refurbished apartment has 4 shared bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet. Also, there is a lovely living room with amazing big window to look out on the garden. The roof terrace is amazing too!

There is a lovely sitting area, where you can chill and get a tan at the same time.


The accommodation has a beach feel to it, as its light and right by the sea. This means at any time you can pick up one of the Stand Up Paddleboards and get out on the Mediterranean within 5 seconds.

The Bay of Pollenca, where the accommodation and bootcamp are located is a paradise. You will wonder why people from Europe fly all the way to Asia when this is just a 2-3 hours flight from most places in Europe.

All rooms have 2-4 beds and a fan plus window to keep you comfortable. We included linen and towels for you.

Deluxe Resort

The Deluxe accommodation is located just a 5 min walk from the beach house apartment.

The resort has  2 swimming pools, surrounded by palm trees. It is set 700 m from a pebble beach and 1.5 km from a sandy beach in Pollença.

All apartments at the complex have a private balcony with views of the pool, gardens or the sea. There is free Wi-Fi, a Nespresso coffee machine and air conditioning.

The resort has amazing views of the sea and a spacious sun terrace. Facilities include a cycling centre, mini golf and a games room. The adults-only fitness centre and spa feature a sauna, thermal circuits and a variety of treatments are offered, including massages.

The resort offers activities, shows and a full entertainment programme. There is a bar and a traditional restaurant with buffet breakfast and a supermarket.

It has a swimming pool, and there are amazing sunbeds.

Bali Bootcamp, What to do in your Free Time

The bootcamp isn’t all about training.

During your free time and over the weekends there are lots of cool activities you can add on and really make the most of your time in Bali. Here are some of our top recommendations:

  1. Uluwatu and Padang Padang or Tanah Lot

Uluwatu and Tanah Lot are probably our favourite temples on Bali and awesome for a Saturday afternoon activity. You can explore the temples, see monkeys, and then chill on the beach and watch the surfers while you wait for one of the best sunsets in Bali

  1. Surfing at Kuta Beach

If you’re coming to Bali trying out surfing is a must. The waves on Kuta are perfect for beginners and you’ll be surprised how quickly you’ll take to it. There are lots of little beach huts for drinks and snacks so you relax after your surf lesson and soak it all in. If you are already a surfer, Canggu is the perfect place to surf. This surf spot is super close to your accommodation on the Bali Bootcamp.

  1. Markets in Ubud

Ubud is a haven for arts and crafts and you can strike great bargains here. If you love to haggle, you’ll really enjoy the markets in Ubud! From paintings, carving, traditional garments and unusual knickknacks some with price tags but most without so you can put your bargaining skills to the test. Perfect for souvenirs and presents home.

  1. Monkey Forrest in Ubud

If you’re keen to get up close with monkeys, then this is the spot! The 27acre sanctuary is right in the heart of Ubud and the home to over 600 macaque monkeys. Just inside the gate, you can buy bananas to feed the monkeys but make sure you keep the extras hidden in your bag otherwise a greedy one will take them all. But that’s all part of the fun.

  1. Coffee Plantation Tour

If you’re a coffee addict like us this is awesome! Take a guided tour through the plantation and view coffee beans, chillies, vanilla, cacao, cinnamon and lots more. You learn all about the roasting process and get to sample 14 different teas, coffees, and hot cholates. Delicious!

  1. Mt Batur Volcano Trek

It’s an early start (2am pick up from the villa) but totally worth it when you’re watching the sunrise and eating eggs cooked from the steam of the volcano. Not many people can say they’ve experienced that before!

  1. The Tegalalang Rice Terraces

The rice terraces are famous for its beautiful scenes of rice paddies. They offer a perfect Bali photo opportunity with its dramatic views. The vista sprawls down and away to the rice terraces on the slopes across the valley. Take the path right to the back and take it all in while sipping on a fresh coconut. You can’t get much better than this!

  1. Seminyak

Seminyak beach is beautiful and stretches for several kilometres and it’s perfect for surfers, swimmers, and tanner. Potato Head Beach Bar is really popular so get there early and you can chill on a daybed with your group. You can spend the day by the pool with a beautiful view of the huge waves really unwind. It has delicious food and even healthy non-alcoholic cocktails so you can enjoy it guilt-free.

Seminyak is also perfect for shopping!

  1. Canggu beach

Away from the hustle and bustle of Seminyak and Kuta and super close to the bootcamp, Canggu is perfect if you want to relax and soak it all in on a black sand beach. Don’t be surprised to see locals drive by with their surfboard on the side of their scooter along the streets. Canggu like most of Bali is all about surfing. There are lots of funky cafes and clothes shops around to chill and browse in as well.

Lovely little restaurants with the best food, and also there are nice beach clubs with amazing pools, to hang out during your time off.

What are the differences?

What Bootcamp location would suit me better? The UF Bootcamps on the island Phuket in Thailand, the island Bali in Indonesia, the island Mallorca in Spain or our Secret location in Sri Lanka?

We get this question quite often. And it’s quite hard for us to answer as we do not know why you want to join, what sort of results you are looking for etc. But please find below the most important differences. There are more details available but this is a good quick overview. It might help you.

1. Beaches
In Thailand, you are 6km from the beaches, and also in Bali, you are a few kilometres from the beach (but closer than in Thailand), its easy to get by taxi, but not around the corner. In Spain, the beach is super close by, 50 meters! (beach with sunbeds is about 1 k ways, and so very walkable). In Sri Lanka the Accommodation and training facility are on the beach!

2. Training
In Thailand, there are about 6 group sessions a day, from boxercise to a type of CrossFit, to body pump, to zumba, to yoga, plus 2 Muay Thai training sessions a week. You name it!
In Bali, we have 2 gyms, our own gym next to the accommodation where you will have morning yoga sessions,  and 2 other sessions a day varying from technique, full-body workouts and boxing. Next to that, we work with a CrossFit gym, where the group sessions are Crossfit orientated, also a lighter form for beginners you can join called Metcom. Most people join do 3 sessions a day.
In Spain, we start the day off with Yoga, followed by High-Intensity training and a Stand Up paddle session. At the end of the day, we have another Fitness session, hike to secluded beaches or a beach training session. Most people join all classes.
In Sri Lanka, there are 7 sessions 5 days a week you can join. From Deep stratch to primal, top crossfit. also here we work with top trainers. We ave stand up paddle boards available too. There is also open gym , during which you can use all equipment too. People join about 3 to 4 sessions a day.

3. Gym
In Thailand, there is the most amount of equipment in the indoor gym, a 3 story high, air-conditioned gym with really good equipment. Also, there is a big outside, covered area in Thailand where you can do your own workouts and there are always trainers there to help you out. To be honest, most people make
little use of the indoor gym, but it’s there if you need it and its perfect if you want to get in some extra hours. There are always trainers to help you out and advise you if needed.
In Bali, there is a fan-cooled massive gym (biggest in Bali) with all you need for a good work out, a huge CrossFit box and a big area where we conduct some of our other sessions. The box also has rowers and other machines for you to use for warm-ups or all weights available for extra workouts. Next to that, we have our own gym next door to the accommodation, with all you need for a good work out.
In Spain there is no gym, it is all outdoor training, with a fantastic rooftop terrace for yoga and the natural park or beach for training sessions, and SUP in front of the accommodation in the Mediterranean. There are kettle bells, ropes, medicine balls etc there for you to use.
In Sri Lanka there is an air breeze and fan cooled open gym right on the beach. It is covered so you are sheltered from the sun. Some sessions we will do on the beach. Also we will have training equipment at the accommodation too.

4. Yoga
In most locations, 5 Yoga sessions a week are included. In Thailand, they are in the indoor gym, In Bali in the fantastic garden of the resort and in Spain on the roof terrace, or natural park. In Sri Lanka we do not include yoga, but deep stretch sessions.

5. Meals
In Thailand, we have our designated restaurant where you can have 2 meals a day Monday to Saturday (12 in total per week). Usually, breakfast and lunch but you can also choose to do lunch and dinner, that is up to you. To make the menu we have used expertise advice from our own nutritionist. You will get all your nutrition needs fulfilled. In Thailand, we can cater for all diets

In Bali, we have a meal plan included, of two meals a day from Monday to Friday (10 in total per week) Included in the meal plan are freshly prepared breakfast (in buffet form) and lunch. Breakfast is served at the accommodation and lunch at the restaurant of the training facility. We cater to vegetarian and gluten-free diets.
In Spain, we also include two freshly prepped meals a day, breakfast and lunch, Monday to Friday. We cater to vegetarian and gluten-free diets.
In Sri Lanka we include 3 meals a day. Breakfast is buffet form with eggs, fruit, milk, toast.. you name it. There are a lunch and menu available and for dinner too. we cater for all diets.

What happens at the Thailand camp

Sometimes, when it comes to fitness you feel you are just pushing a big stone up the hill. We all know we need to devote more time to our fitness and general well-being, but it’s so damn hard. Lack of time and let’s face it lack of willpower are two major motivation killers. Well no more. We have your back. We have set up the ultimate training environment, set in a Thai, where we push our clients to do great things. You can do better, and you probably should get fitter. So do it now, there really is nothing stopping you.

On Arrival

Book your flights to fly Phuket International airport. Flights are not included but are pretty reasonable from most major international destination. Chances are you will have had a pretty long flight, but don’t worry we will have an ultimate fitness holidays representative waiting at the airport for you to meet you off your flight. We will transfer you to your chosen accommodation where you can settle in and relax. Usually arrival is on a Sunday. So you can start your training from Monday morning.


On Monday morning prior to starting your training you will meet our client services representative. Details of who this will be will be in your predeparture pack issued prior to arrival. Representative will give you a tour all of the training facilities, introduce you to your trainer is and the rest of the group currently training.

In our experience, even the most nervous of travellers have been quickly welcomed and felt part of the group very quickly. You will be right at home so do not worry about travelling alone we are here for you.


The location of the camp is in Phuket. Widely regarded as one of the most beautiful islands in Thailand, it is a beach lover’s paradise. Gorgeous white sand, tropical jungle and a warm welcoming atmosphere awaits. If you have not been to Thailand before, you will be amazed by how welcoming the Thais are.

For the duration of the boot camp you will be staying close to the camp, which is located in the centre of Phuket towards the south. You are only about 10 minutes away from the beaches, although you are not right by the beach. The environment around the camp is very much focus on training. It is a little secluded which is perfect because temptation is not there to break from your routine, however there is plenty to do and beaches and activities are very accessible. There is plenty of good nightlife in and around Phuket Town which is only a couple of minutes away by taxi.

What to bring

Pack light but do bring suitable training gear. Remember you will be training in the heat. Thailand is very humid all throughout the year, so suitable clothing is essential. Don’t worry if you forget anything though, most things can be purchased locally. We will also provide you with a detailed kit list prior to arriving.

How long to go for

This really depends on what you want to achieve. Most people go for at least four weeks, but many turn up for two weeks due to time constraints with work. No matter how long you go, we are confident you will see some impressive results. Why? Because you are there to train. And you have all of the support and help needed to achieve the goals you set yourself. You have a personal training mentor for session once per week to keep you on track. You also have a huge amount of support: both mental and physical. If you are serious about muscle gain or weight loss we recommend going for at least 4 to 6 weeks. If you go long-term for 8 to 12 weeks the results can be life changing. Consistent feedback from clients who have been training for eight weeks or longer have highlighted impressive results.

Is the training really that good?

Well yes it is. Partly the reason is the international nature of the programme. Training facilities Western run but located in Thailand. That means we get considerable numbers of health and fitness professionals coming to train in Thailand and develop their skills. This is partly because of the quality of the training, and partly because of the environment. Thailand is just an amazing place to go and drop out of life for a while, and focus on your fitness. That means the very best and latest techniques are constantly being tested at boot camp. It is not unusual for celebrities, and professional athletes to be training alongside you.

Ultimately what you put in you get out, no one is going to force you into doing the exercises, but if you go there with a positive attitude with a view to participating you will definitely see amazing results.

What you can achieve

This is a difficult question to answer because everyone is different however the feedback from our clients is overwhelmingly positive. We have people joining us from lots of different countries from different lifestyles and different backgrounds, But once they are at the camp, they all have one singular goal. To get fitter feel better and work hard to achieve it.

The majority of people attend the camp in the 20s and 30s, however if you’re in your 40s 50s and even 60s you are still very welcome to join, and we are positive you can see some great results.

Whether you are interested in losing some weight, or gaining muscle mass or just generally feeling fitter and better about yourself we are able to help you.

Whilst the quality of the training are 2nd to none, with world-class instruction, it is also the supportive environment that really adds to boost your work out. Added to the fact that you are joining the Boot Camp with a mental state of really going for it, by taking time out of your busy schedule, to work on yourself.  This really packs a punch to sorting out your fitness, and surprisingly it is highly addictive.

Ultimately what you can achieve is up to you, because it depends how long you can go for and how committed you are. But if you really want to do it, push yourself into peak physical fitness then this is the perfect opportunity, and it’s great to know you will be supported 100% of the way.

The Timetable

The first thing to mention is that no two days will be the same. Also depending on your own personal fitness goals timetables can vary depending on the fitness programs you select. You do not have to decide which classes to attend on your own, the fitness program will be tailor-made for you, so you can best work on the goals that you are facing. During your initial introduction, when you meet your personal trainer we will work out and set goals for you based on a consultation with what you want to achieve.

The training facility has two gyms which you can use. An indoor gym and an outdoor gym. These are open from around 7 AM, if you wanted to do a pre-group session warmup. Most people opt to jump straight into crosstraining which happens at 9 AM.

It’s a highly intense programme, and last 45 minutes. At 10 o’clock our body 360 programme starts, usually you would opt for crosstraining or body 360 but you can do both if you have it in you.

Consultations on personal training sessions are held typically between 11 o’clock and 1 o’clock. And then there is a two hour break for lunch. Between three and 4 o’clock we have our strength and conditioning programs followed by a relaxing Sivananda yoga session at 630. The perfect way to stretch out those muscles at the end of the day.

Sundays are generally taken off, with free time to explore the beautiful surroundings of Phuket. Evenings are taking your leisure as well, and Thailand has plenty of activities outside of the Boot Camp that will really make this more than just a fitness holiday.

 The booking process

We advise you to book well ahead because we do book out frequently. You can book for €200 and this will hold your place on the programme. You need to pay the full balance 12 weeks prior to departure, but if you are booking more than 12 weeks away you only need to put down a €200 deposit. This means you still have three months to save the spending money (not that you need much) and flights after you have cleared your full balance. So even if payday seems a long way away, and it seems like an almost impossible task to get the money together to do this, it doesn’t have to be. You can book for only €200. Consider that a commitment to yourself, that you will go ahead and begin this fitness journey.
